Alexandra Rosenblatt is the founder and principal attorney of Grants Counsel, located in Washington, DC. Alexandra works closely with clients on all aspects of their Head Start and Early Head Start grants, advising them on compliance and representing them in adversary proceedings such as disallowance determinations, grant terminations and suspensions, OIG investigations, proposed debarments and more. Alexandra also represents clients in commenting on proposed HHS regulations and challenging objectionable HHS decisions. Prior to founding Grants Counsel, Alexandra was a partner at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell.
Alexandra graduated from Emory University (B.A. Spanish and Latin American Studies) and the University of Virginia School of Law (JD).
