Fiscal Consultant for the Head Start and Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships (HS/EHS-CCP) initiative, and the National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations (PMFO). She has provided fiscal consultation services to Head Start programs throughout the United States and supported clients with Fiscal Policies Manuals, Procurement Policies Manuals, Non-Federal Share Strategies and Training, Cost Allocation Plans, Layers Funding, Fiscal Reviews and Fiscal Training.
In addition, she possesses over 10 years of direct service with the management and fiscal operations of multiple Head Start programs, in addition to 8 years of finance/banking.
