In addition, he serves as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of RetireWell Administrators, LLC, a retirement and executive compensation administration firm. Mr. Scialabba has 33 years of experience in retirement plan law. He has extensive experience in all forms of retirement plans and executive compensation plans. This includes drafting, plan design and government submission. Mr. Scialabba’s clients include major corporations, banks, charitable organizations and professional practices. He also has significant experience in handling employee benefit matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. Moreover, Mr. Scialabba handles ERISA and retirement plan issues in connection with corporate and M&A transactions.
Mr. Scialabba has published 65 articles on retirement plan topics. He has served as an Editiorial Board Advisor for The Journal of Pension Benefits, a member of the Board of Advisors to the Journal of Taxation of Employee Benefits, a Reviewing Editor for the CCH Pension Plan Guide and an Advisory Board member to CCH Benefit Plan ComplianceTM. Furthermore, Mr. Scialabba has lectured nationally to many employers and practitioners on retirement plan topics.
Mr. Scialabba was an attorney at the law firm of Sills Cummis & Gross, P.C from 2011 to 2013. He was the Managing Shareholder of the law firm of Scialabba & Associates, P.C. in Marlton, New Jersey from1999 to 2011. In addition, Mr. Scialabba served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Redwood Administrators, Inc., a retirement and executive compensation administration firm, from 1994 to 2010. He was also a Shareholder of the law firms of Katz, Ettin, Levine, Kurzweil, Weber and Scialabba, P.A. from 1996 to 1999 and Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Scialabba was also a Tax Law Specialist with the Internal Revenue Service (National Office), Employee Plans/Exempt Organizations Office, Employee Plans Technical and Actuarial Division.
