3- To review financial impact of excess children enrolled without subsidy

This seminar is designed to provide a overview of fiscal challenges that many EHS CCP grantees have encountered during the Round 1 Funding and practical alternatives / solutions that expands upon the OHS Orientation Conferences. This session will review best practices, business models and address participant concerns during Q & A.

During year 2 and subsequent funding periods, Grantees will face continuous fiscal challenges such as excess children enrolled without subsidy, children losing subsidy, amendment applications for change of scope for reduced enrollment, carry-over of unobligated funds, one time supplemental funds, and others.
