Session Details/Learning Objectives/Descriptions
This Fiscal Boot Camp has been designed to provide a comprehensive review of Key Head Start/Early Head Start Laws, Regulations, Program Instructions, Information Memoranda, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Costs Principles, and Audit Requirements that relate to Fiscal Management of Head Start/Early Head Start Grants and instructions for completing Federal forms 424, 424A, 425, 428 and 429.
Technical Sessions will include, but not be limited to, Non Federal Share, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Procurement, and Property Management, including Acquisition, Purchases and Major Renovations, Change of Scope applications for Conversions and Enrollment Reduction applications.
A Special Session will include a Question and Answer (Q&A) on practical approaches, applications, and best practices that relate to fiscal issues that arise in Head Start/Early Head Start and EHS—CC Programs.
