PREPARING FOR YOUR 2019 FOCUS AREA 2 FEDERAL MONITORING REVIEW

“Under the New Aligned Monitoring System 2.0”

This seminar is designed to assist Grantees preparing for 2018 – 2019 Federal Monitoring (FA-2) Reviews.

I. OBJECTIVES:
Review the Head Start Performance Standards your management team needs to know and include in your joint presentation of data and discussions with your Federal Reviewers.

Participate in Mock Review for each Protocol.

Discuss best practices gained from knowledgeable Compliance presenters with extensive consulting experience with Head Start/Early Head Start and EHS—CCP Grantees.

Interactive question and answer forum addressing unique fiscal and programmatic challenges facing small and large Grantees.

Aligned Monitoring System 2.0, Focus Area Two that includes the following:

  • Education and Child Development services
  • Health Program Services
  • Family and Community Engagement Services
